Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags, plastic wraps on handles, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
